Fruit Intake Is Associated With Weight Loss. Regular fruit intake can help you lose weight. Fruit like apples and berries have the greatest effect on weight. Fruit is high in fiber which is associated with increased weight loss.

Fruit can also be taken as part of a whole food diet which can also boost weight loss. Eating a whole food, plant based diet can significantly reduce body weight and blood cholesterol levels.
Fruit Contains Natural Sugars

Sugars found in fruits are quite different from those found in processed foods. Added sugars in processed foods can potentially cause a lot of health problems like obesity, heart disease and diabetes.
